The annual conference and business meeting will take place Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Younes Conference Center North in Kearney, Nebraska. Recent conferences drew 200+ attendees. Many clinicians do not attend a national conference nor do they have availability to meet with sales representatives during clinic hours. This conference is their chance to review new equipment, services and products in the PT field. Kickoff Receptions & Awards Presentation

Friday, March 28, 2025 | 6:30-9 p.m. CT

4:00 - 6:00 PM: Exhibitor Set Up

Sponsors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to network with conference attendees and awardees on Friday evening as we kickoff the annual conference with a reception, Oxford-style debate and an awards presentation. Expect open bar (for those 21 years or older with ID) and heavy appetizers, and plenty of time to network in a relaxed atmosphere.

Saturday, March 29, 2025 | 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT     

• 6:30 AM: Registration & breakfast with Exhibitors
• 7:30 AM: Session 1
• 9:30 AM:  Morning break & poster session 1 with Exhibitors
• 10:00 AM: Session 2 
• 12 NOON: Lunch & business meeting - Exhibitors welcome 
• 1:30 PM: Afternoon break & poster session 2 with Exhibitors
• 3:00 PM: exhibitor tear down

Know before you go:

A hot breakfast will be served buffet style during registration time Saturday morning. Lunch will be available mid-day Saturday. Light refreshments will be available during the breaks.

Exhibitors are encouraged to offer a raffle prize to be given away from the main stage on Friday and/or Saturday as a way to encourage attendees to visit all exhibitor booths. Attendees will request a signature/stamp from booth attendees.  

Booth attendees are encouraged to wear their work nametag, as specific conference nametags will not be available. 

Sponsors and exhibitors are invited to enjoy lunch on Saturday as we prepare for the business meeting.
