About APTA Nebraska
The APTA-Nebraska Chapter, which first met in Omaha and was incorporated in 1947, is a professional, non-profit association composed of over 1,200 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and physical therapist/physical therapist assistant students. It is the mission of the APTA-Nebraska Chapter to provide leadership in:
- Advancing, promoting and protecting physical therapist’s practice;
- Optimizing movement, health, and wellness for all Nebraskans.
The APTA-Nebraska Chapter is a component chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.
