Nebraska Medicaid Expansion, also known as Heritage Health Adult (HHA), is moving along! HHA expands Medicaid to low-income adults (age 19 to 64) who earn up to 138% of the federal poverty level. We will begin accepting applications for HHA on August 1, 2020, in order to determine eligibility. Benefits will begin on October 1, 2020.
The Medicaid and Long-Term Care (MLTC) Division will be hosting a one-hour WebEx meeting regarding HHA to help you better understand some of the changes that are coming. The following two options are available for a one-hour WebEx meeting. The sessions are identical so please choose the one that is most convenient for you. We will also record and post the session to the Medicaid Expansion web site.
