Want to Become A TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer?
NCPS is offering a TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer course in Kearney at the end of this month. Individuals who complete the two-day course can become Master Trainers, which equips them to train others in using the concepts and tools.
Teamwork skills and communication are a foundational component of a culture of safety. TeamSTEPPS was developed by the Department of Defense and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. It is an evidence based program, grounded in more than 25 years of research, that optimizes performance among health care teams to achieve better outcomes.

This training is open to anyone who is interested in attending and CEUs (nursing) are offered.
